What happens after I book a tour?
You will receive a tour confirmation calendar invite by email immediately after you book the tour. Please check your inbox for details. Additionally, one of our sales managers, Phil or Jane, will contact you to determine your priority interests. 

Will tours be conducted in-person, on-site?
Yes. Limited in-person tours will be conducted on-site with safe social distancing protocols, including required screening and face coverings. Click here to learn more about our on-site safety protocols.  

Is there an option for a virtual tour?
Virtual tours (by phone, FaceTime or Zoom) may also be scheduled after the VIP preview event. Please contact our sales team at 703-997-7610 for details.

How long are the tours?
30-minute tours will preview the following areas:
- Our brand new waterfront model home, fully furnished
- A walk-through of the lobby, taking an exclusive limited look at the resident amenities 
- Self-tour of the landscaped grounds and waterfront promenade 

Who will be conducting the tours? What is the format?
Each 30-minute tour will begin with meeting your guide at the new Sales Gallery. From there, you will be guided through the lobby, taking an exclusive limited look at the resident amenities, to the beautiful new model home with sweeping Potomac River views. After the tour, you may stroll around the neighborhood at your leisure, including the newly landscaped grounds and waterfront promenade. There will be team members rotating around the site to answer any questions and provide directions. As construction on the pier continues, residents can look forward to new dining and outdoor amenity opportunities coming soon. 

Will I be put in a group with other people?
No, each appointment will be a private group,  limited up to three adults. 

Can I have follow-up, private tours?
The VIP preview tours are designed to provide an introduction and overview. If you'd like a more in depth tour, we would be happy to schedule additional time with Phil or Jane.

Onsite, paid parking is available at Robinson Landing's new parking garage at the address below:

Limited street parking is also available in Old Town along Duke Street, S. Union & S. Lee Streets, please refer to posted parking signs for details and restrictions.

At your confirmed appointment time, please come directly to our new Sales Gallery located at 7 Pioneer Mill Way, Alexandria, VA 22314.
